Emergency services are currently responding to an incident on Greyfriars Bridge in Hereford.
The incident is heading southbound on the A49, with passers by saying that a pedestrian is receiving medical assistance.
West Mercia Police and West Midlands Ambulance Service are reported to be in attendance.
One lane is partially blocked and motorists are advised to expect delays.
