Emergency services are currently responding to a collision on the A49, just north of Hereford.
The incident has occurred in the Lyde area.
A lorry and a car are believed to be involved. Traffic is already building up in the area.
West Mercia Police are understood to have been called to the collision.
Motorists are advised to use an alternative route if possible.
