Emergency services were called to a collision involving a small van and a car this morning in Herefordshire.
The incident occurred on the A465 (Hereford to Abergavenny Road) at Pontrilas.
West Mercia Police and West Midlands Ambulance Service attended the incident.
A Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crew from Ewyas Harold also attended the incident.
