Emergency services have been called to an incident in Hereford this morning. The incident occurred on the A438 (Hereford to Ledbury Road) at Stoke Edith.

A spokesperson for Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service told Your Herefordshire:

“Two Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crews from Hereford Fire station were called at 10:00 on 27 August to an RTC in Stoke Edith. Crews discovered a car on its side on the verge after leaving the roadway. Two female occupants of the vehicle had self-extricated from the vehicle before the arrival of the fire service and were receiving checks from the ambulance service.The Police were also in attendance and the road was closed in both directions. The incident was marked as closed at 10:34.”
