Police have arrested a driver in Hereford after they failed a roadside drugs test and were found to have no license.
From OPU Herefordshire:
“Few issues with this vehicle, namely a lack of ever having had a driving licence, no insurance and suspected drug driving all done whilst transporting a baby in the car. Driver was arrested for all offences.
