Motorists are warned to expect delays over the next hour or so with traffic building up following a collision on the A49 (Greyfriars Bridge).
The incident has occurred heading northbound towards the city centre with traffic already reportedly backing up along Ross Road and Belmont Road.
Motorists are advised to expect delays with the school run and rush hour.
The road remains open but is currently partially blocked.
