A Parish Council in Herefordshire has shared its anger after motorists were recorded travelling at speeds of 70mph through the village.
Ewyas Harold Parish Council shared the following update on the Ewyas Harold Village Facebook Page earlier today. It said:
“The Speed Indication Device as you come into the village from the A465 has recorded speeds of 70mph coming in and out of the village. Of course there is just no justification for driving at that speed in an area frequented by residents, children, dogs and horses.
“The police will be about more to support speed reduction in all areas of the village. They will also be targeting mobile phone use whilst driving.”
