Imperial Dental Practice in Hereford now has a new phone number 01432 345232.
It comes after patients reported that they were having issues with contacting the Practice over recent weeks.
A sign outside Imperial Dental Clinic says that the clinic is accepting new NHS patients.
The new clinic is currently open Monday to Friday, from 9.30am-5.30pm.
Patients that were previously registered at the Belmont Road practice under Bupa are understood to have been contacted.
