A woman was taken to hospital in a potentially serious condition following an incident in Hereford this morning.
Members of the public reported seeing a significant police presence near Sainsbury’s in Hereford this morning.
Officers were seen attending an incident on Grimmer Road, near the entrance to Sainsbury’s in Hereford.
West Midlands Ambulance Service were also in attendance.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service said:
“We were called at 10.14am to an incident on Pomona Place in Hereford.
“One ambulance and a paramedic officer attended the scene.
“Upon arrival we found a woman in a potentially serious condition.
“She was conveyed to Hereford County Hospital by ambulance staff.”
