A popular Hereford shop has confirmed that it will be closing down in the coming weeks.
Fox & Mable, located at the Old Market in Hereford, shared the following post on social media this morning:
“Well! The last couple of days have been pretty fun! You lot are awesome! Some points we’d like to put out into the world tho’……
“We’ve made the decision to close. It’s our decision and we’re doing it because it’s the right thing for us. We aren’t doing it because we have to.
“We aren’t going to tell you how much rent we pay, how much money we make or anything like that. So please don’t ask. Especially if we’ve never seen you before.
“This is OUR business. We’ve spent five years on it.
“What we have on the shelves is EVERYTHING we have. There is no more stock coming.
“Don’t be patronising. Don’t be a dick. We aren’t two ‘girls’ who play at shop! Although sometime we do. Just a tiny bit! But keep that to yourselves
“We’re a bit overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and loyalty. We appreciate you all and we don’t think we realised just how much love there is for GT.”
