A Herefordshire shop has been forced to close for up to six weeks, for urgent work to be carried out.

Superdrug on Market Place in Ross-on-Wye confirmed the news on social media on Thursday. 

A post shared on social media said:

“Due to work needing to be done unfortunately Superdrug will be closed for 5-6 weeks. 

“We are sorry for the inconvenience but look forward to seeing you all when we re-open. 

“Thank you for your support and kind words to the lovely customers who have spoken to me today.”

It is hoped that Superdrug will be able to reopen before Christmas. 

Superdrug also have a store on Eign Gate in Hereford for shoppers needing to visit during the closure in Ross-on-Wye.
