A Hereford school has confirmed that it will be partially closed later this week due to strike action taking place.
The Bishop of Hereford’s Bluecoat School will be partially closed on Thursday 27th April, due to strike action.
In an update on the Herefordshire Council School Closures page, the school shared the following update:
“Partial closure – Thursday 27th April.
“Open to Years 8 & 11 and students with an Education, Health & Care Plan (EHCP).
“Closed to years 7, 9, 10 and the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), the Bridge Provision, due to NEU strike action.”
Other schools are also likely to be impacted by the strike action.
