A 21-year-old man from Herefordshire has died in a collision in South Wales, Gwent Police have confirmed.
Emergency services were called to King Road in Penpergwm earlier today.
Gwent Police and the Welsh Ambulance Service attended the incident.
The section of road was closed for some time but despite the best efforts of paramedics, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
