Louis Fisher is embarking on an epic 50-mile challenge in memory of his little friend George.
They were at New Bees Nursery together for a few years and enjoyed many adventures from playing soldiers together to tractor rides in the garden. George was his funny, fun friend who always made him laugh.
Starting from Stretton Sugwas Primary School in Hereford on the 21st of September, Louis will bike all the way to the base of Pen Y Fan, and then climb to its summit to complete his journey.
This is a remarkable feat, especially for an 8-year-old, and showcases Louis’s incredible determination and dedication. Please support Louis on his inspiring journey to honour George and help make a difference in his memory.
George’s Fund is a specially named fund of the Herefordshire Community Foundation. They give grants to local projects that help primary-aged children overcome physical and emotional barriers through outdoor projects.
