Police have issued an appeal to locate a missing 17-year-old girl as there are concerns for her welfare.
Phoebe was last seen in the Tredworth area of Gloucester at around 11am today (Saturday 15 February).
She is described as being white, 5ft 6in and of a slim build. She has shoulder length dark brown hair with blonde in it, which she had curled.
When last seen Phoebe was wearing black leggings, a hooded top and a fluffy black jacket, and she has links to Stroud and Cheltenham.
Enquiries are ongoing to locate Phoebe and officers are keen to hear from anyone who has seen her or who has information on her whereabouts.
