Alan James Davies, aged 62, passed away peacefully at Hereford County Hospital on Friday 14th February surrounded by his family.
He was a much loved husband, dog dad, godfather and friend.
Funeral will be on Friday 21st March at 3:15pm at the Crematorium.
Family flowers only, donations if desired to British Kidney Patient Association and The Donkey Sanctuary.
