No, you’re not dreaming but this *is* a dream job, Influencer Marketing Platform Ubiquitous are now on the hunt for a professional TikTok watcher.
There are few at-home activities as loved as scrolling through TikTok. Believe it or not, you can now actually make £44.20 an hour while doing just that – courtesy of influencer marketing platform, Ubiquitous.
If you love that feeling when you open your TikTok app, then this could have the perfect job “for you” (get it?)
The lucky candidate will receive £530 in addition to a welcome package that includes a £44.20 Uber Eats gift card, because indulging in delivery while bingeing social media is key, a £44.20 Target gift card, (or UK equivalents such as Deliveroo or Tesco gift cards, should the winner be based in the UK) to get them through their 12-hour TikTok binge which can be completed over a 3 day period. They will also receive a flexible mobile phone holder and a 12” ring light and a tripod.
To gather information, all the chosen candidate needs to do is…nothing? Simply watch TikToks as they usually would and then re-post your favourite videos on Instagram or Twitter and tag Ubiquitous on the platform. We’re not kidding, all you need to do is scroll through your TikTok feed. Talk about a dream job!
So how do you get this job? The only requirement is to be someone who loves TikTok (or simply has a love-hate relationship with it) and ideally has an active social media presence.
The requirements are:
- Watch 12 hours worth of TikTok videos over a three-day period
- Rank their top ten favourite videos
- Repost their favourite videos on social media, tagging Ubiquitous
Jeremy Boudinet of Ubiquitous said: “Absolutely anyone can apply as long as they have an account on the app.”
“We’re not looking for an expert or a TikTok connoisseur, we’re just looking for someone who uses the app fairly frequently and has an active social media presence of their own,” Boudinet added.
