The Supreme Court has ruled that Shamima Begum will not be allowed to return to the United Kingdom to fight her citizenship case.
Shamima left the UK to join ISIS in Syria with two other schoolgirls.
It is now over six years since Shamima left the UK but this unanimous decision means the that is extremely unlikely that she’ll be able to return to the United Kingdom at any time in the future.
