The first victims have been named after 19 children and two teachers were shot dead at a school in the United States of America.
It has been confirmed as the most deadly shooting at a school in the United States of America since the mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary in Connecticut nearly a decade ago.
The shooting occurred at the Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas on Tuesday.
Salvador Ramos has been named as the gunman. He killed 19 children and two teachers at the school and it has been revealed that he shot his grandmother prior to the shooting at the school.
The gunman was then shot dead by American law enforcement teams. The teachers killed in the incident have been named as Eva Mireles and Irma Garcia. Three of the children killed in the shooting have been named as Uziyah Garcia, Xavier Javier Lopez and Amerie Jo Garza.
President Biden addressed the nation and urged for major changers to gun laws in the United States. He urged Americans to ask themselves, ‘why do we keep allowing this to happen?’
