Sky Sports News is reporting this evening that a fan is in a serious condition in hospital after falling from the stand at Wembley earlier today.
The incident is said to have occurred just after kick off during England’s 1-0 victory over Croatia in their opening fixture of Euro 2020.
The FA and UEFA are expect to release a statement shortly.
