Italian restaurant Cotto is set to open a new restaurant at The Bowling Green Pub in Hereford.
The pub has been empty for several months but is in a fantastic location and it is hoped that this large venue will help Cotto share their fantastic flavoursome Italian food with more people.
A spokesperson for Cotto said:
“We are excited to be opening up a new premises with a whole new concept for eating and drinking in the city – but more on this to follow.
“Before we put our twist on the premises, we will hand it over to the lovely people at the Hereford Community Recycling and Reuse Group, who have been let down at the last minute for their pop up shop during December.
“Working in conjunction with Rone Properties Ltd, The Bowling Green Pub will be the venue for this fantastic group to raise much needed funds. We hope everyone gets down there and buys everything so that their important work can continue.”
