Principality has opened its new Hereford branch, confirming a major investment in the local area by moving to the redeveloped Alban House in High Town.

The new branch is situated in the centre of the busy High Town area of Hereford and has plenty of exciting new features including a meet and greet desk, iPads and savings tools, comfy furniture and also private meeting rooms.

Principality believe that the new branch will help them introduce a fresh look and feel, designed to better meet the needs of their members.

Shaun Middleton, Head of Distribution at Principality Building Society said:

”We’re pleased to announce our Hereford branch has moved to the central location of 18 High Town. The relocation has allowed us to offer increased space and services to support our members in Hereford and the surrounding area, including a mortgage advisor.

“We look forward to welcoming members in a safe way and continuing to support the local community in the coming year.”

On Tuesday, Your Herefordshire visited the new Principality branch and Director Stefan Davies said:

“The investment that Principality has shown in Hereford with this relocation is extremely important to the success of the city centre going forward.

“The new branch is open, spacious and the welcoming team will make customers feel relaxed and comfortable in warm surroundings. It feels very different to your usual building society and one of the most positive additions is that customers can get one to one help and support on their own laptop. We wish Principality the best of luck going forward.”
