Can you help Hereford & Worcester Animal Rescue find a home for these two lovely dogs?
From Hereford and Worcester Animal Rescue:
Lilly & Betty – Lurchers – Young adults
Well, these two lovely ladies must have quite the story to tell!
They were both found on the same day last week, separately and both taken to a nearby veterinary practice!
We believe many people had seen them alone overnight/early morning in Herefordshire, they are very lucky to be alive and relatively uninjured as they had nearly been knocked down several times as they were running in the roads.
They must have been absolutely petrified, luckily they were both caught and taken to safety.
Both girls had no microchips, were very underweight and have some nasty scars but remarkably, the most beautiful souls. The youngsters definitely know each other and get on well so we would love for them to find their happy ever after together if possible!
Lilly- a gentle girl who enjoys cuddles, loves to play but is respectful to those around her. A sweetheart.
Betty- very playful and energetic, loves attention and can sometimes be quite needy. A whirlwind.
A home with other dogs could be considered but must be the right environment for this pair of long legged lovelies. A home without small furries will be needed and any children in the home must be at least 8 years old.
The girls are currently residing in a foster home, if you would like to express your interest in offering them a home full of love and affection we would love to hear from you.
