Adults with additional needs are busy creating a large canvas for Hereford County Hospital.
Rebecca from Avenbury Care Farm contacted Your Herefordshire earlier this week to share the wonderful news that adults that visit the Care Farm are currently working hard to create a fantastic canvas that will be displayed at Hereford County Hospital.
Rebecca told Your Herefordshire:
“Our visitors who all have additional needs are currently working on a large canvas project for Hereford County Hospital.
“This is to brighten up the walls in the out patients area and give everyone something bright to look at.
“As well as a large countryside scene, we are also working on an abstract canvas for the visitors we have with more severe additional needs to help out with.
“These smaller scenes will be themed around Hereford, on places such as the Cathedral, Old Bridge etc.
“We are making sure all our visitors, no matter what their disabilities are, can take part.
“We are based in Bishops Frome. Our visitors are very proud and it would be lovely for them to have a little write up on their achievements.”
