Fire crews were called to an incident involving a car fire on Friday afternoon.
The incident occurred just off the A49 between Craven Arms and Church Stretton.
A spokesperson for Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service said:
“Somebody’s pride and joy destroyed this afternoon.
“Church Stretton Fire Firefighters were called to a car fire incident near Acton Scott where a gentleman’s Landrover Discovery caught fire while he was driving along.
“No injuries to the driver as he managed to get out of the vehicle quickly and safely but the car was totally destroyed by fire.”
