Fire and Rescue Service crews were called to the Shropshire Hills on Saturday afternoon, to reports of a young female who had difficulties climbing down.
A spokesperson for Church Stretton Fire Station (Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service) said:
“Another hillside rescue for us this afternoon. Had to go up Batch Valley this time to rescue a young female who got stuck on the rock face after trying to climb down.
“No injuries, a little shook up and frightened but she was safely escorted down by the Church Stretton Fire Firefighters.
“Only a little incident for us this time but probably a big one for the casualty rescued.”
