Police in Herefordshire are investigating a report of possible fox hunting in a rural area of Herefordshire.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said:
“We would like to make you aware of a potential report of illegal fox hunting, in the area of GARWAY HILL.
“On the 29th of January, around 12:30-12:35pm, a resident in the area of GARWAY HILL was startled by hounds in the garden of his property.
“When looking into his field, he saw an individual running across the field.
“Although it is unknown what this individual was doing, there is a suspicion that they could be fox hunting.
“If you have any information on who this individual could be, or have experienced anything similar to the report, please email your Safer Neighbourhood Team on herefordsouthside.snt@westmercia.police.uk
“Please keep vigilant and report any suspicious behaviour to the Police.”
