From Hereford Police:
Officers are appealing for witnesses following a collision in Herefordshire this morning (17 January).
The collision occurred at around 7.20am on the A4110 at Portway Burghill, and involved two cars: a black Volkswagon and a grey BMW.
The driver of the BMW sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
Two men, aged 26 and 37, have been arrested on suspicion of impaired driving and are currently in custody.
Sergeant Lee Palmer said “ We are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the collision or who may have dashcam footage.
