“Were you on Whitecross Road in Hereford on 11/12/24 between 6.40pm and 6.50pm?
“We need your help to identify a male who assaulted another male. He was driving a black SUV type vehicle parked on the left, just beyond the green traffic lights.
“He is described as 40-45 years old, wearing blue distressed jeans, dark top, with white trainers, and short dark hair.
