From National Highways:

Starting tonight we’re making safety improvements to the bends and junctions along the A49 between Woofferton and Llandinabo.

We’re replacing roadside signage to ensure road users are better informed of the road layout, and that the bends and junctions are signed throughout.

We’ll also renew road markings and install new traffic bollards as well as resurface the carriageway at Dinmore Hill.

To complete our work safely, we’ll work overnight, Monday to Friday, 8pm to 6am until next Spring.

Closure Details:

During closures, we’ll install a fully signed diversion routes which have been agreed by the local authority.

Access to frontages that fall directly within our closures will be maintained by an escort service which will be provided via our on-site traffic management operatives.

There may be short delays regarding access/egress whilst we make our site of work safe.
