Grand Opening of @The Hub in Ross-on-Wye – a new, vibrant community space in the centre of town.

With a phenomenal final push, finishing the last touches of the renovation at midnight the night before, @the Hub had a Grand Opening on Saturday morning, 15th June.
Mrs Pat Churchward, The High Sheriff of Herefordshire, was in charge of cutting the ribbon, and the centre welcomed over 50 people for tea and cake and a look around.
@The Hub is a Community Project, a space for all, to improve quality and conditions of life, to develop skills and to meet local needs.
A safe place, a haven, a place of peace, a place of respite.
@the Hub has been made possible through funding from Herefordshire Community Foundation.
The success and sustainability of @the Hub would not have been possible without the generous contributions of our grant funders and local benefactors.
Their dedication to investing in initiatives that prioritize community well-being and empowerment has been instrumental in shaping our vision into a reality.
Through their financial support, @the Hub has been able to facilitate and maintain a welcoming and inclusive space that serves as a gathering point for community members to connect, collaborate, and thrive.
“The Herefordshire Together Fund, distributed by the Herefordshire Community Foundation and supported by Healthwatch Herefordshire, has been made possible by Public Health at Herefordshire Council for impactful community-led initiatives to reach families in need, improve emotional well-being and community cohesion.”
Director, Annie Fisher said: “We are so grateful to our funders for their commitment to our mission and their belief in the power of community-driven initiatives.
