West Mercia Police officers in Malvern have made two arrests today whilst visiting car washes in the area.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said:
“Today we’ve been visiting our local hand car washes in the Malvern area as people can often be vulnerable and exploited at work and not treated as they should be.
“We were joined by our partners from Malvern Hills Council, GLAA & Immigration to ensure people working in the car washes are being treated fairly and aren’t victims of Modern Slavery.
“Two arrests were made during our visits this morning.”
