One of the Hereford Highways (Herefordshire Council / Balfour Beatty) team has spotted this rare leucitic Magpie perched on a building in Hereford today!
Leucism in birds is described as rare and the birds show a variable amount of white or pale in the plumage. The eyes, bill and other parts are the normal colour.
