From Hereford Racecourse:
“As we all start looking to the future, we want our customers to feel confident that they can plan something amazing to look forward to, safe in the knowledge that they won’t miss out due to Covid.
“So when you book tickets or hospitality to come racing, should we enter another lockdown or if you need to self-isolate due to Coronavirus, our team will be happy to offer you a full credit voucher that you can use to re-book any fixture with us in 2022 or transfer your booking directly to another 2022 date.
“Furthermore, as things remain a little uncertain in the winter months, if you book a ticket for a fixture taking place up until the 1st April 2022, customers will also be able to request a refund if these fixtures are impacted due to Covid.
“All ticket bookings are subject to our terms and conditions of entry, which includes a refund policy should fixtures be abandoned or cancelled.”
Please note: If government restrictions on capacity limits are introduced after tickets for an event have already been sold, tickets will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis until the numbers in each enclosure are reduced to the permitted amount.
Hereford Racecourse reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
