The Department for Health has this afternoon confirmed that over 30 million people have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
30,151,287 have received one dose of the vaccine, which is close to 57% of the adult population.
This news means that the government is well on track to deliver its promise of offering a vaccine to everyone over the age of 50 by mid April.
