From Dyfed-Powys Police:
ARREST: Two men have been arrested on suspicion of dog theft in Knighton, Powys, this morning (Sunday).
The men, aged 31 and 32 from the Cardiff area, are currently in custody.
Inspector Gwyndaf Bowen of Dyfed-Powys Police said no animals had been harmed in the incident, and thanked local officers, RPU and ARV teams, and NPAS for their assistance in bringing the incident to a swift closure.
