Emergency services attended a wood burning stove fire at Wilton, Ross-on-Wye yesterday evening.
West Midlands Ambulance Service and Hereford & Worcester Fire & Rescue Service both responded to the call. Upon arrival they found that the fire had spread from the stove to the wooden mantle.
West Midlands Ambulance Service paramedics treated one person at the scene for smoke inhalation.
