Emergency services are currently on the scene of an incident next to the Yazor Brook in Hereford.
West Mercia Police, West Midlands Ambulance Service and Hereford & Worcester Fire & Rescue Service are at the scene.
Yazor Road remains open but emergency services are near the bridge over the brook.
