Ian Davies is a well known local DJ who travels the UK entertaining students and has continued to do so from the comfort of his own home during lockdown.
Famous for ‘Bingo Lingo’, Ian was diagnosed with Lymphoma earlier this year and is currently over half way through his course of chemotherapy.
Ian and his wife Trudy took part in the 2020 Bridges of Britain Walk in the summer and raised an amazing £600 for Lymphoma Action.
Ian said: “After being diagnosed with Lymphoma I wanted to raise some money to help Lymphoma Action who provide great support to people all over the UK. The event raised £32,704 in total.”
