Donald Trump has made astonishing comments where he accused political opponents of ‘trying to rig the election’ when speaking at a press conference overnight.
Despite making the accusations, Donald Trump failed to provide any evidence for his claims and all the accusations made lacked any real substance.
The comments come as Joe Biden is on the brink of winning the election for the Democrats, with just a couple of states needed for him to be declared the winner. Biden and his team held a press conference overnight where they said they were ‘confident’ but wanted all the votes counted and all states declared before they would claim victory.
Mr Biden could be confirmed as the winner of the election as soon as today (Friday).
