Second year Art and Design students are excited to be presenting their hand-crafted artwork to shoppers in the old Market from today. Students have been producing an exciting array of items from Jewellery to T-shirts, using their design, and making skills. It’s a great chance to shop for some truly unique and original Christmas gifts, and support local talent. Find creative printed t-shirts designs, cards, crafts, plant pots and unique decorative homewares.
This project forms part of the Level 3 Extended Diploma in Art & Design programme, in which Year 2 students are tasked with designing and making quality affordable products for public sale, enabling them to develop their enterprise and employability skills.
