Tributes have been pouring in following the death of ultra marathon runner Jon Ward.
Jon Ward, 34, originally from Hereford, passed away on Wednesday prompting an outpouring of grief from shocked family and friends.
The RAF corporal, based in a Glasgow recruitment office, was out on a run in Lossiemouth the day before he died and planned a 100-mile fundraiser for the Samaritans.
