Subject to National League and FA approval, defender Jack Evans will join Hereford FC on the 1st August.
Joining from Forest Green Rovers, the energetic left-back has bags of potential. The 21-year-old started his career at Blackburn Rovers before joining Forest Green Rovers in 2020. More recently Jack has had loan spells with Gloucester City and AFC Fylde.
Here is what Hereford FC manager Josh Gowling had to say about Evans:
“Jack is a strong and powerful fullback. He gives us a lot of athleticism in the left-back area. He’s very professional and one of the hardest-working players in the squad. Jack has the potential to kick on and play in the football league.”
