Hereford captain Jimmy Oates is rumoured to have taken part in a friendly for Exeter City this evening at Bideford.
Oates will know new Exeter manager Matt Taylor from his time at Hartpury College and the prospect of a contract at a League Two club is likely to be to good to refuse for Oates if an offer is made.
Oates had agreed a deal to remain at Hereford for the forthcoming season and it is unknown whether the Bulls would receive a transfer fee if Oates was to move.
