It was a struggle to find a match on in the Herefordshire Football League this weekend with twelve matches postponed due to the cold weather.

Three fixtures did survive however and Ben Archer from the Herefordshire FA has kindly sent us in a short review of the results.

“With 15 Herefordshire Football League matches scheduled over the weekend only 3 managed to survive the cold weather. Two sides with big ambitions in the Premier Division had to battle the fog, as well as each other, as Sporting Club Inkberrow hosted Kington Town.

“In what was always expected to be a close affair the home side ran out 2-1 winners with Luke Allcock getting the goals to help SC Inkberrow continue their title challenge.

“Elsewhere Ludlow Town Colts beat Hinton 6-1 to stay in touching distance of top spot and in Division One Pegasus Colts ran riot with an 8-1 victory.”
