Hereford FC midfielder Aurio Teixeira has joined Redditch.
His move was confirmed by Hereford this evening.
Teixeira has not featured for Hereford recently and so a move comes as no surprise.

Redditch United are delighted to announce the signing of Aurio Teixeira from Hereford on a deal until the end of the 2024/25 season!
The 22-year-old midfielder joins from the National League North side in which he has appeared 14 times this season and 41 times last season. The energetic midfielder came up through the ranks at West Bromwich Albion before his release in July 2022, he quickly signed for Alvechurch in 22/23 helping them to achieve their FA Cup success. Following a strong season with the Church, he signed a two-year deal with Hereford.
A delighted Matt Clarke commented; “Aurio is a fantastic signing for us.
During his time at Alvechurch, he was outstanding and had a lot of options when he chose Hereford at the start of last season. He played every game for them at step 2 during 2023/24 but has found himself out of favour this season. We had to act quickly as most of Step 3 wanted him. He signals our intent to be patient and signing a player that will make us better.”
