Westfields earned their place in the FA Vase 3rd Round and £900 prize money thanks to a penalty shootout victory away at Lutterworth this afternoon. Fields had come from 2-0 behind to lead 3-2 thanks to goals from Richard Greaves (2) and Abdul-Basit Umar. However, the home side grabbed a late equaliser to take the tie to penalties. Fields held their nerve and won the shootout 5-4.

Elsewhere in the Herefordshire FA County League Saturday Premier, Holme Lacy and Hinton both kept up the pressure on Clee Hill United with convincing victories. Hereford Pegasus Reserves recorded a well earned win at Ludlow Town Juniors Colts Firsts.
