Hereford FC closed in on the play off places in the National League North with a 4-0 win away at Farsley Celtic on Saturday.

McLean, Touray, Owen-Evans and Storey were on target for the Bulls. The win sees Hereford climb to 9th place, just two points off the play off positions with a huge local derby match against Gloucester City on Tuesday night.

Elsewhere, Hereford Lads Club made it three wins in a row with a 6-2 victory over Calne Town at The County Ground. Goals from Dawson (2), Newbury, Cowley (2) and Burke secured three points that saw Lads Club sit in 12th place in the Hellenic Premier Division.

Westfields and Hereford Pegasus both lost 3-0, with Westfields losing at struggling Lydney Town and Pegasus losing at promotion chasing Worcester Raiders.
