A local resident has been left upset and confused, after an incident where a substance was thrown over a car, causing damage.
The resident, who we have decided not to name, shared a video, showing a person throwing a substance over a car on Wednesday evening.
The incident happened in the Folly Lane area of Hereford at around 7.15pm on Wednesday.
The owner of the vehicle has been unable to remove the substance from the vehicle and it appears to have caused permanent damage.
