West Mercia Police have issued an appeal after a vehicle was stolen from a property in Herefordshire.
The vehicle was stolen from a property in the Bartestree area of the county.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said:
“Police are investigating an incident in your area, where a Land Rover Defender was stolen from a business premises on Pomona Lane, Bartestree.
“We believe the incident took place overnight between the hours of 18:00 – 08:00 on either Wed 23rd, Thur 24th or Fri 25th April 2025.
“The vehicle was high in value and has the following identifiable features; a front winch, large spotlights, and a black roof rack. Please keep an eye out!
“If you saw anything suspicious around this time, or feel you have any information that may help us with our enquiries, please contact the Hereford Rural North team, quoting ‘log 281_I_30042025’ on herefordrn.snt@westmercia.police.uk
“It is really unfortunate that this has happened, and this incident serves as a good reminder for everyone to make sure they have good vehicle and home security measures in place. Be vigilant and keep an eye out for any unusual activity in your area.”
